The best way to ensure you have everything you need on Christmas morning is by making sure you have ordered good and early.
We have all navigated through this difficult year and the last thing we want to do is make anyone disappointed by not getting their items on time.
We do everything we can in our power to ensure your deliveries get to you as quickly as possible but once our items go into the hands of our delivery partners we are at their mercy.
We always pack every order on the same day and ensure they make the next day's delivery. We also always use a tracked service which costs us a little more but enables us to have visibility of your parcel's progress and can relax once we know it has reached your address.
That's why the best thing to do is ensure you have ordered by the key dates below:
USA & Canada - 9th December - Tracked International Service
Eastern Europe - 12th December - Tracked International Service
Western Europe - 16th December - Tracked International Service
Eastern Europe - 12th December - Tracked International Service
Western Europe - 16th December - Tracked International Service
Republic of Ireland - 18th December - Tracked International
UK - Mon 21st December - Tracked 24/48
Local Delivery - we are offering local delivery of parcels until the 23rd of December (we will still deliver on Christmas Eve but orders should be placed on the website on the 23rd)
We use Royal Mail and occasionally An Post to make our deliveries - as you may be aware there have been significant delays in postal services across all regions. The above shipping dates are estimates via Royal Mail and delays may occur, particularly given the current Coronavirus pandemic.
So, if there was ever a year to get things done early, 2020 is the year!
